Shipping and return policies for Valkyre

Shipping Info
All orders are shipped via BPost (Belgian postal service) inside our country, which is free to relay with other mailing services outside of Belgium.

Shipping costs are provided for a total weight of <1kg (including packaging), which covers a standard order of one or several of the items sold here. In the case of a large order, causing the package to weigh >1kg, an excess will be applied to the postage costs.

Regarding orders comprising several items, if the total weight (including packaging) remains <1kg, the shipping costs are not cumulative, and will stay the same as that of a single item.

Shipping costs are based on the rates of BPost, without options, and can therefore be revised if BPost modifies them.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 7 working days , the delivery time will be dictated by your location. Yes, we ship internationally.

How can I check my order status?
Just contact us through facebook with the name and email address used for the order.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please pm us on Facebook. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges
Return Policy
You can’t return items purchased at valkyremusicbandcamp.com, except because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent an item in error. If so, just contact us.

Please note that minor dings, scratches or breakage of vinyl cases may occur during shipping. Although we package your ordered items properly, such minor flaws are beyond our control. CDs cases are part of the packaging and we therefore do not accept minor packaging flaws as a valid reason for return or reimbursement.
